Oreocereus celsianus is a smaller columnar cactus with basal branching stems up to about 1.5 meter tall in cultivation. It has white fur covering the body to assist with sun resistance near the equator. This large specimen is growing in a large 15 gallon pot. The tallest stem measures more than 4 feet.
