Astrophytum myriostigma is a very popular cactus species that has a smooth 3-6 lobe body covered with white flecking over a green body giving the appearance of being silver. There are many variations ranging from a totally green body (called 'Nudum') to flecking so heavy it makes artistic patterns on the lobes (such a Super Kaboto).
