Oreocereus celsianus is a smaller columnar cactus with basal branching stems up to about 1.5 meters tall in cultivation. It has white fur covering the body to assist with sun resistance near the equator. These large specimens are growing in a large 15-gallon pot. Some measure as tall as 4 feet. All have some pups. They are being held at a retail nursery, so prices are kind of high. However, they are the largest available anywhere. This may be your only chance to get one of these gorgeous specimens. Just let us know which specimens you are interested in and we'll try to get you more photos and measurements of the specific set of columns.
